Becki joined Pattinson & Brewer in August 2018 as an Admin and Paralegal Assistant within the Employment Department in the York office. She assists the Solicitors with their day to day admin and legal work.

Becki previously worked in Account Management however decided to leave this and join the legal sector having always been interested in Law and hopes to progress to a Paralegal.

When Becki isn’t working she looks after her daughter and enjoys catching up with friends.

Lisa started working at Pattinson & Brewer in April 1997 as the office junior. After 6 months, she was then promoted to a legal secretary position. Following the implementation of the new Arista case management system, which was piloted in the York office, she was asked to train remaining staff in the other offices to use the new system. Once all staff members had been trained, she then undertook a new role as a costs draftsperson, drafting schedules and bills of costs and negotiating settlements thereon.

Lisa then took on a new role as a paralegal dealing with pre-action personal injury claims from inception to settlement. She deals predominantly with EL/PL claims but also has experience of handling road traffic claims.

Lisa finds it very really rewarding to take a client’s case from its inception to settlement being achieved.

When she is not at work, for the last few years, Lisa and her husband have spent a lot of their free time renovating their home. She is also an avid music fan and spends a lot of time going to gigs and music festivals.

Fiona has been employed within the legal profession since 1987. She has worked in various areas of law however largely personal injury, industrial disease and clinical negligence. Fiona currently works within the clinical negligence team handling new enquiries and dealing with clinical negligence cases during the pre-action stage.

Fiona is motivated and inspired by her family and friends and aims to always look on the bright side of life.

When not at work Fiona listens to music, enjoys dancing and walking the dog.
